THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SEGUIN P U B L I C N O T I C E TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Seguin proposes to enact a By-law to close and stop up those parts of the original shore road allowance laid out Along the shores of Otter Lake, in front of Lot 27, Concession 6, in the Geographic Township of Foley, now Township of Seguin, District of Parry Sound, designated as Parts 1 & 2 according to Plan 42R20620. And to transfer that part of the said original shore road allowance being designated as Parts 1 & 2, according to Plan 42R20620 deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound, to the abutting owner pursuant to S.34 of the Municipal Act, 2001. The By-law will be presented to the said Council for consideration and enactment at its regular meeting at the Municipal Office on November 7, 2016, at the hour of 4:30 o'clock in the afternoon. Any person claiming to be prejudicially affected must file a written objection with the Clerk of the Council on or before 4:00 p.m. November 2, 2016. On receipt of any such objection, the Clerk will schedule a public hearing to allow the person to present his/her objections to Council.
